Fun comes on its own accord
Srimad Bhagavatam 7.12.15-16 class, Melbourne, May 2009 You have to at least conceive the importance of the fact that, "If some inconveniences come, I will not complain. Neither I will rejoice in the normal times" (Bhagavad-gita 2.14). Because there are every chances to fall victim to the senses... Fun comes on its own accord (Srimad Bhagavatam 7.6.3). Do we invite unhappiness? But why it is coming? So, we have to cultivate that faith the happiness also will come on its own accord. So, in this way the practical example of inconvenience is why, in act of sacrifice, we depend on the mercy of the Lord (Bhagavad-gita 6.27, Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu 1.3.35), because the other byproducts are coming on its own accord. So we should not endeavour for that. His Holiness Vedavyasapriya Swami |
